Moon Goddess’s Full Moon – December 2011
The Moon Goddess’s Full Moon is on December 10, 2011 at 6:36 am, PST. Start preparing for this encounter three days ahead, ensuring your physical, emotional and mental aspects are ready to connect fully. The Moon Goddess’s luminous moonbeams want to ensure you can link up with the Sagittarius Goddess’s energies.
Sagittarius Goddess
The Sagittarius Goddess just took over from the Sagittarius Archer on the Moon Goddess’s New Moon. She’s been most busy transmitting energies to her Sagittarius transmitters; those born November 23 to the December Solstice which can vary a day some years. The Sagittarius Goddess’s reign ends on December 21, 2011 at 9:30 pm when the Capricorn Goddess will begin her tenure.
Adrenalin Driven Energy
Like all the Zodiac Goddesses, she has been inspiring her Sagittarius transmitters to shift over from their male adrenalin driven energy to their feminine caring energy. Now at the Moon Goddess’s Full Moon, the Sagittarius Goddess is sending her messages to you and everyone. If you are a Sagittarius transmitter on Mother Earth, you will receive more abundantly.
Matriarch Era Becoming Anchored
The Sagittarius Goddess has profound messages for you. No longer do you want to be just the puppet or the avatar of your higher self, the puppeteer. She states for the matriarch era to be fully anchored, you will need to help lead the way, from the physical realm.
You are the One Percent
Just like the zodiac signs are shifting to their Goddess expressions, demand that of your higher self also. No longer do you want to be guided by the masculine part of your higher self, you want the Goddess part of your higher self to take over. You may have to protest, as in this case, you are clearly the 99% with your higher self being the 1%.
Your Higher Self
Don’t be naïve; you are not the only avatar or puppet that your puppeteer is pulling the strings. The Sagittarius Goddess energies will help you awaken to other avatars that your higher self is the puppeteer for also. Surely you didn’t think that your higher self only sent in you to the physical realm, there are at least twelve of you, one for each zodiac sign.
You Want a New Script
You want a say in how the virtual reality game of life gets played out. You want a new script, the old Goodness Triumphs Over Evil, which propelled you into adversity with both people outside of you and internally, just doesn’t work in a matriarch inspired era. Yes, you became stronger, a real survivor but it’s time for a shift. You no longer want your biggest learning lessons to be through crises, relationship breakups or accidents. The reward for your higher self has been the virtues or qualities like strength and power, but at your expense and quite painful sometimes for you. Enough!
Awaken Loving Qualities
You now want to awaken all the loving qualities within you, and that’s not going to happen with you triumphing over what’s wrong with you. You want change from the top down, which means your higher self to you.
Activate All Signs in You
You also don’t need to incarnate twelve times to attain all the zodiac sign qualities, you now can connect with each of the Zodiac Goddess’s and activate those aspects of you in this life. You no longer want these parts of you kept separate, waiting for another life to blossom.
Become a Caring Person
The Sagittarius Goddess’s message is the same as all the zodiac Goddess’s message for this astrological year; begin to truly take care of yourself which will connect you with the Goddess of Love’s vibration. Utilize each of the zodiac Goddess’s energies to help you truly become a caring person to yourself. That’s when your love will fully awaken, connecting you most intimately with others as they feel your heart and trust you. Precognition, telepathy and intuition are just the beginning! Don’t settle for less! Protest and demand your higher self shift now!

How to Start a House Cleaning Business on a Tight Budget

“If you use Emotion and Love to drive your sales and your business, you will create Loyalty Beyond Reason. And I promise you, you will build relationships and enjoy a business that exceeds beyond your wildest expectations”
First of all, before you decide to start your cleaning business, make sure this kind of work is right for you. You will need to be in good physical condition. Cleaning is very hard strenuous work. You will need to have good customer relation skills. You will need to have basic office skills and some accounting skills.
If you are planning on leaving your full time position to start a cleaning business, make sure you have at least six months of savings. Or keep your full time job and start out part time.
Research all the aspects of the cleaning service business. From customer service to advertising, taxes, employees, insurance and bonding, what to charge and how to clean a home professionally. Cleaning your own home and cleaning professionally is totally different. Learning how to clean professionally takes a lot of time. When a client pays for your services they expect to come home and find their home spotless.
Getting those first clients takes time, persistence and patience. You will not get a hundred clients overnight.
Obtaining Those First Clients The hardest part of starting your own cleaning service is obtaining those first clients. Most clients want to know how long you have been in business and want references. The best thing to do is let clients know that, yes, you are new to the business but that you have thoroughly researched all aspects of the cleaning business and assure them that you know what you are doing and that you are quit capable of cleaning their home to their specifications. Be confident. I can’t stress this enough. Clients love to see confidence. It relieves their worries and lets them know that their home is in good hands.
References: To get a few good references when starting out, ask some friends or family members if you can clean their home for free or at a discounted rate. The sound of working for free may not be appealing but it will be worth it to get some good testimonials.
When cleaning those first homes, go for quality, not how fast you can clean the home. Cleaning efficiently takes a long time, but you will get to the point where you can do a thorough cleaning in a short time. After cleaning make sure you go back and double check all rooms to make sure you didn’t miss anything. Impress those first clients and word of mouth will spread soon.
Advertising Your company image is everything. Before you start advertising, decide what image you want to portray on your advertising material. Your image is very important. Be consistent with all your advertising. If you have a logo be sure to use it on all your advertising materials. I think it is best to have a website developed before you start advertising. When advertising, stick with the same logo and colors.
Advertise in Local Paper: Start by running a text ad in your local newspaper. Try to come up with an eye catching ad. Do not sell your services on low rates, sell your services on your quality of work and what you can do for the client that other companies don’t. There is a lot of competition in the cleaning service. You have to stand out from the rest.
Magnetic Signs or Lettering for your Vehicle: Having your business name and contact information on your vehicle is a great way to advertise. We use the vinyl lettering. The lettering looks much more professional than the magnetic signs.
Flyers: You can print nice flyers on your home computer, but I would suggest investing in some professional flyers. Hang flyers at Hair Dressers, Laundromats, Restaurants, Bakeries, Grocery Stores, etc. Put flyers on car windows at local groceries stores and businesses. You can even go door to door in neighborhoods you would like to work in. You cannot put them in mailboxes. but you can put them in the front door.
Door Hangers: Door hangers are a great way to get new clients. Pick the neighborhood you would like to work in and hang the door hangers on the doors. When people get flyers or ads in their mailbox they usually throw them away with the junk mail. But if there is a door hanger on the door they will take the time to look at it.
Business Cards: Start passing out your business cards to friends and family members. You can also ask your local businesses if you can leave some cards on their counters.
Referral Program: A great way to obtain new clients is through a referral program. Offer existing clients a discount when they refer a friend. You can give your existing clients a discount when the friend uses your services three times.
Website: These days people live very busy lives so they use the convenience of the internet to shop for the services they need. A lot of working women will shop for services while at work. Everyone that has a business should have a website. It shows clients that you are serious about your business and allows them research your business in their own time.
Cleaning Products: By using all natrual products, you can offer your clients a healthy cleaning experience and protect ourselves against harsh chemicals. Clients love the natural cleaning products with essential oils. They come home to a healthy clean home filled with the wonderful scents of aromatherapy essential oils.
Tip: Always carry hand sanitizer and wash your hands often while cleaning homes. Wear gloves when cleaning bathrooms. You will be exposed to a lot of different germs in clients homes.
Remember most customers prefer that you bring your own cleaning supplies. That way they do not have to worry about going to the store for cleaning supplies before you clean. Some customers have special cleaners for certain appliances or floors in their houses. These customers usually will have these cleaners on hand for you to use. We almost always use the customers vacuum cleaner. That way you do not have to carry a heavy vacuum from house to house.
What to Charge I mentioned earlier that you should sell your services on your quality of work and not your low rates. If your rates are too low, clients will think that your work is sub-standard and that you are not experienced. Also you want to attract the clients that can afford your services. I made the mistake of pricing my work too low when I first started out. Cleaning is hard work, charge what you are worth. As the old saying goes “You get what you pay for.”
Some companies charge by the hour, some charge by the room, some charge a flat rate per home and some charge by the square foot. I think it is better to charge by the home, not by the hour. If a client knows they have to pay one set fee, they don’t care if you take 2 hours or 5 hours. Also your clients will know what they are paying up front and won’t have to worry about added expenses.
No two houses are the same. And there is no set charge for all homes. You have to clean for awhile yourself to get some experience and to work out a system to clean efficiently. Only you know what you want and need to make. Decide what you need to make hourly to cover all expenses and still make a good profit.
A word of advise: Make sure when you start your company that you charge what you would charge if you had employees. Some people make the mistake of under charging when they start out just to get customers and then later on when they grow and need to hire help they aren’t making enough money on their houses to pay help. Don’t under price your work. Cleaning homes is very hard physical work and you didn’t get into this business to work for nothing.
New Construction Cleaning If you decide to do this type of work you will need more equipment. You will need ladders, window cleaning kits with long extensions, a shop vac, etc. These types of jobs are usually 2 to 3 person jobs. New construction cleaning requires a lot more cleaning. You may have to remove stickers and labels from windows and bathroom showers, sinks and toilets. Some require that you clean the vents to remove dust from construction work. There will be ceiling fans to clean, scrubbing floors, and cleaning woodwork to remove dust. New construction cleaning rates depend on the area you live in.
Insurance and Bonding. You need to be an honest person and somewhat personable. People will need to trust you to be in their homes. Most clients are concerned about having someone new in their house, with good reason. You should be bonded and fully insured. Liability insurance rates depend on your insurance carrier and where you are located. Each person you hire will increase your liability insurance. It’s well worth the cost. You can pay quarterly or yearly. You can purchase your bond through your local insurance company. You will need to renew the bond every year. *Note: if you hire employees and cover them under your insurance, they must be an employee on payroll and not a sub-contractor. If you employ them as a sub-contractor your insurance will not cover them. If they are a sub-contractor they are required to carry their own insurance. You
Hiring Help If you start out cleaning the homes by yourself, you will eventually get to the point where you need to expand your business. Start out with one part time employee. Train her and let her take your place one day a week. Then have her take your place 2 days a week and so on. This will give you the free time that you need to market your business and obtain more clients. After you get more clients you will be able to hire more part time help. Eventually you will be able to stop doing the cleaning yourself and just run the business end, which is the only way you will be able to grow your business. When training new employees, always, either train them yourself or have a lead person train them. Make sure there is a lead person on each and every cleaning job. Employees have a tendency to slack off when they are on their own.
Growing Your Business You will eventually get to the point where you have enough employees and lead people and you will be able to stop working in your business and start running your business. You will find that after awhile it will get to be too much trying to clean everyday and at the same time giving estimates, answering calls, scheduling, doing book work, obtaining new clients, etc.
Remember one of the most important qualifications for a cleaning service is TRUST. A client has to know they can trust you alone in their home. After you acquire a few cleaning positions ask the clients if you can use them for a reference. Most of the time they are more than willing to let you use them for a reference. This is how you build your business and acquire new clients is through referrals. Be dependable. Most clients will want to be set up on an every week or every other week schedule on the same day of the week. Try to always keep this same schedule unless the client asks you to switch to another day. If you have to cancel a cleaning date, make sure you try to reschedule at the earliest possible date to make up the cleaning.
Unpublished Phone Number Lookup – Find Out the Identity of Your Wife’s Lover
A phone number lookup is very useful when you want to find out exactly who your wife or partner has been hiding from you and keeping as a secret “friend”.
Because any normal person in their right mind, knows that the thought of your partner cheating on you will leave you tossing and turning at night and not able to look your partner in the eye. All because your gut instincts tells you that they’re hiding someone from you.
And these painful suspicions about your partner cheating can easily eat you alive each and every single day until you find out exactly who has been calling.
By now, finding out who has been calling your wife or partner is something that you want to know, right? And you can find out who has been calling by using a phone number lookup today.
And a phone number lookup can be used through any telephone directory. Even if the number happens to be an unpublished phone number, landline number or even a cell phone number, you can find out exactly who owns the number that’s been showing up on those phone records easily.
And here is where you should make sure you’re getting the right results. Because not all telephone directories are the same. In fact some have out of date information on the number you want to track down.
Because the simple fact is most people change their number from time to time. And sadly, some directories rely on out of date records from years ago.
There is also a good chance that you know at least one person in your life that’s changed their number within the past couple years as well, right?
And because of the fact that people change their phone number, it’s a smart idea to get results from an up to date phone number lookup directory that’ll give you up to date results quickly and easily.
Thankfully there are services available that will allow you to perform an up to date cell phone number lookup quickly and easily. On the downside there is an initial investment needed. And this initial investment more than pays for itself especially if you would like to keep tabs on your partner in the future. This small investment also gives you access to an unlimited amount of searches.
And if in the future, something is not going right in your relationship and your partner is receiving even more phone calls, you can perform a phone number lookup again, this time free of charge. By taking advantage of a service that’ll make it easy to perform a reverse phone lookup you’ll easily get access to information such as:
1. The exact name of your partners new lover
2. The exact physical location and address of the person that’s been trying to seduce your partner while you’re not around.
3. Their age, list of relatives, background information and much more
By getting access to this information with a cell phone numbers search, you’ll be able to confront your partner and see whether or not they are the one for you. You have to remember that it is much better to find out now that to waste the next 20 years of your life with a cheating partner.
A Guide To High Testosterone Foods
If you are suffering from depression, lack of sexual appetite, or trouble with sexual functions, you may be experiencing low testosterone levels. If this is indeed the case, one way to address the issue is to try eating high testosterone food.
A testosterone diet is easy to maintain, as long as you are aware of what constitutes good foods to increase your testosterone levels. High testosterone foods contain good qualities of zinc. For this reason, some foods have been called aphrodisiacs.
The reality is, including these foods in your diet may help alleviate the symptoms of testosterone deficiency. In one trial, 22 men with low testosterone levels and sperm counts were given zinc every day for 45 to 50 days. Both testosterone levels and sperm counts rose.
It should not be surprising that one of the best high testosterone foods are oysters. Oysters have long been lauded as a powerful aphrodisiac, and recent studies are showing that the reason may be because they contain high levels of zinc. Oysters are a perfect testosterone enhancing food to add to your diet.
If you are a red meat lover, then you already are enjoying a version of high testosterone food. Red meat is also high in zinc, so keep enjoying those steaks, as they are a very good part of a testosterone diet.
Other suggestions for red meat lovers include wild game, ribs, roast, lamp and pork chops. All of these foods are convenient to purchase, and all are considered good testosterone food.
Poultry also pack a good wallop of zinc, and is an ideal inclusion in a testosterone diet. Chicken breasts, wings and thighs are all high in zinc, and in fact, combined with red meats, poultry makes up most of the zinc intake of the average American.
Goose, turkey, and duck are also poultry that are considered high testosterone food, and are a good part of the testosterone boosting diet. Wild poultry is also a a great choice, and you shouldn’t be shy about trying some quail or pheasant either.
There are also high testosterone food items that are not considered meats. Beans are an ideal part of the testosterone increasing diet with their high zinc content. Nuts are also high in zinc and are a good dietary inclusion. In the grains family, whole grains and fortified cereals are very high in zinc and therefore are good choices.
Finally, many dairy products are testosterone enhancing foods. Milk, yogurt, and cottage cheese are all high in zinc and ideal if you’re looking for so called testosterone food.
In conclusion, if you are suffering from low levels of testosterone, one of the best things you can do is include high testosterone foods in your day to day life. Focusing on ensuring that you have a good testosterone diet is a simple way to avoid problems related to low testosterone.
S.M.A.R.T. Goals

(excerpted from the Jim Rohn One-Year Success Plan)
Jim Rohn’s Second Pillar of Success: Goal-Setting, Part Three – S.M.A.R.T. Goals
Hi, Jim Rohn here. As you know, we are focused on the Second Pillar of Success this month – Goal-Setting.
We have introduced the four main components of Goal-Setting:
1. Evaluation and Reflection.
The only way we can reasonably decide what we want in the future and how we will get there, is to first know where we are right now and secondly, what our level of satisfaction is for where we are in life. As we focus this month on goal-setting, our first order of business and our topic two weeks ago was evaluation and reflection.
2. Dreams and Goals.
What are your dreams and goals? Not related to the past or what you think you can get, but what you want. Have you ever really sat down and thought through your life values and decided what you really want? This isn’t something that someone else says you should have or what culture tells us successful people do or have. These are the dreams and goals that are born out of your own heart and mind. These are the goals that are unique to you and come from who you were created to be and gifted to become. Last week we showed you exactly how to find out what you want from life.
3. S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
S.M.A.R.T. means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-sensitive.
Specific: Don’t be vague. Exactly what do you want?
Measurable: Quantify your goal. How will you know if you’ve achieved it or not?
Attainable: Be honest with yourself about what you can reasonably accomplish at this point in your life – along with taking into consideration your current responsibilities.
Realistic: It’s got to be do-able, real and practical.
Time: Associate a timeframe with each goal. When should you complete the goal?
We will spend time this week looking at how to apply the S.M.A.R.T. test to your goals to make sure they are as powerful as they can be!
4. Accountability.
Think of the word “accountable.” It means to “give an account.” When someone knows what your goals are, they help hold you accountable. Whether it is someone else going through this program with you (have you thought about inviting a friend to join you on this one-year journey?) or just someone you can give the basic idea to, having a person who can hold you accountable will give you another added boost to getting your goals! Next week we will show you how to set up an accountability partner.
This week we will be discussing point 3 – S.M.A.R.T. Goals.
S.M.A.R.T. means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-sensitive.
I really like this acronym S.M.A.R.T., because we want to be smart when we set our goals. We want to intelligently decide what our goals will be so that we can actually accomplish them. We want to set the goals that our heart conceives, that our mind believes and that our bodies will carry out. Let’s take a closer look at each of the components of S.M.A.R.T. goals:
Specific: Goals are no place to waffle. They are no place to be vague. Ambiguous goals produce ambiguous results. Incomplete goals produce incomplete futures.
When we are specific, we harness the power of our dreams and set forces into action that empower us to achieve our goals. We then know exactly what it is we are shooting for. There is no question. As we establish our priorities and manage our time, we do so for a specific goal to achieve the results we expect. There is no wondering or guessing. The future is locked into our minds and we see it – specifically – and that is powerful! Never underestimate just how important it is to have very specific, concrete goals. They act as magnets that draw you toward them! A S.M.A.R.T. goal is specific.
Measurable: Always set goals that are measurable. I would say “specifically measurable” to take into account our principle of being specific as well. Our goals should be such that we know when we are advancing and by how much. Whether it is by hours, pounds, dollars or whatever, we should be able to see exactly how we are measuring up as we proceed through the journey of life using our goals. Could you imagine if you didn’t measure your goals? You would never know which way you were going or even if you were going anywhere! A S.M.A.R.T. goal is measurable.
Attainable: One of the detrimental things that many people do – and they do it with good intentions – is to set goals that are so high they are unattainable. Yes, it is very important to set big goals that cause your heart to soar with excitement, but it is also imperative to make sure that they are attainable. In the next section we talk about being realistic. So what does it mean to be attainable? An attainable goal is one that is both realistic but also attainable in a shorter period of time than what you have to work with. Now when I say attainable, I don’t mean easy. Our goals should be set so they are just out of our reach; so they will challenge us to grow as we reach forward to achieve them. After the next paragraph, I will give you an example of a goal that is both attainable and realistic. A S.M.A.R.T. goal is attainable.
Realistic: The root word of realistic is “real.” A goal has to be something that we can reasonably make “real” or a “reality” in our lives. There are some goals that simply are not realistic. You have to be able to say, even if it is a tremendously stretching goal, that yes, indeed, it is entirely realistic — that you could make it. You may even have to say that it will take x, y, and z to do it, but if those happen, then it can be done. This is in no way to say it shouldn’t be a big goal, but it must be realistic. This is to a great degree, up to the individual. For one person a goal may be realistic, but for another unrealistic. I would encourage you to be very honest with yourself as you do your planning and evaluation. Perhaps it would be good to get a friend to help you (as long as that friend is by nature an optimist and not a pessimist). This can go a long way toward helping you know what is realistic. A S.M.A.R.T. goal is realistic.
Example of Attainable and Realistic: Knowing that perhaps you could use a bit of help differentiating attainable and realistic, here is an example: You are overweight and have 150 pounds to lose to get to your proper weight. Is that goal attainable? Yes, considering that you also make it realistic. For example, it isn’t realistic to think you can do it in 5 months. 18-24 months would be realistic (with hard work). Thus, losing 150 pounds in 2 years is both attainable and realistic, while losing 150 pounds in 5 months is neither attainable nor realistic.
Time: Every goal should have a timeframe attached to it. I think that life itself is much more productive for us as humans because there is a timeframe connected to it. Could you imagine how much procrastination there would be on earth if people never died? We would never get “around to it.” We could always put it off. One of the powerful aspects of a great goal is that it has an end, a time in which you are shooting to accomplish it. You start working on it because you know there is an end. As time goes by you work because you don’t want to get behind. As it approaches, you work diligently because you want to meet the deadline. You may even have to break down a big goal into different measured parts time frames. That is okay. Set smaller goals and work them out in their own time. A S.M.A.R.T. goal has a timeline.
Be sure to spend some reflection time this week to make sure your goals fit the S.M.A.R.T. parameters. Go through the reflection questions below and the action points associated with them. Doing so will put a real engine in your goals and make them charged with power to help you accomplish your dreams.
Until next week, let’s do something remarkable!

When Your Husband’s Mistress Won’t Back Off

I recently received an email from a wife who was at her wit’s end with her husband’s former mistress. The husband was insisting that he was now committed to the wife and the marriage and they were working very hard to save the marriage. However, the mistress just seemed unwilling to let the husband go. She would drive by the house, continue to call both the wife and husband and hang up, send emails, and send messages on their face book accounts.
They wanted to get rid of this woman once and for all but she didn’t seem to be getting the message. The wife wanted to my advice as to how to get the mistress to back off so that she could get her life back and get to work on saving her marriage. She just wanted to be left alone. I’ll tell you what I told her in the following article.
Telling The Mistress Very Plainly To Back Off And Then Not Responding To Her Again: It’s not always the case, but sometimes the mistress hangs on because the husband has not made himself crystal clear. Of course, he will tell the wife that he’s been very direct. But, the mistress might see things a bit differently. She may take little nuggets of what your husband is saying and turn them around so that they are saying exactly what she wants him to say.
In this case, it’s best to make sure that the husband is very clear in one last message. I often advise that the wife listens in on the phone call, which should be very short. Basically, I felt that the husband should pick up the next time the mistress called and tell her that she was not to contact, follow, drive by, or attempt to engage either him or his wife. If the mistress tried to interrupt, the husband was just to respond that if she continued on, they would have to take legal action and that this was the last time the two of them would communicate. The husband was then to hang up and to not engage with her no matter what.
Once The Message Has Been Delivered, Refuse To Engage With The Mistress: Sometimes, this firm message won’t be enough to get the mistress to back off. She will often try to test this to see if the husband really meant what he said. But here’s the thing, the more you engage with her and the more she makes you angry and frustrated, the more she thinks that she has won. Her whole goal is to make you and your husband place your focus on her rather than each other. Do not let her do this.
Block her number and her texts on your phone. Block her email. Tell your provider that she is spam. Ignore her completely if you can. Pretend that she doesn’t exist. Every time you respond to her and engage her, she just makes this process go on for much longer than it should. Eventually, she will get the message that you have moved on and that you have left no place for her in your life. She will usually eventually turn her attention elsewhere since she is no longer getting the pay off that she feeds off of.
Leave Any Actions That Are Necessary To The Professionals: Never fight with the mistress. Never allow her to bait you into an altercation. I’ve had readers who have had no choice but to send the mistress a certified letter and to tell her that if she continues on, they will get a restraining order. (You want this in writing so you have a paper trail that you have done nothing wrong and have tried to address this.)
Whatever you do, don’t stoop down to her level. Don’t let her win. If she just will not stop, you may have to involve the authorities. That is their job. Let them do it. But, the more that you allow for her to carry on like this, the more she feeds on the process. Her greatest fear is that the two of you move on together and have no place for her in your life anymore. Her “not backing off” is her attempt to weasel her way back in.
But you have control over how you react to her. The best course of action is often to make your position (and your husband’s) crystal clear and then to pull out of the game knowing that she will eventually get the message. If she doesn’t, then leave this to the professionals. Do not try to deal with her yourself. The less you allow her into your life, the better off you are.
Numerology’s Life Cycles; defining the patterns of your Life
Numerology divides your life into three major stages or cycles. Each of these cycles has a general trend or pattern for that part of your life. Want to know what your life patterns are?
Calculating your Life Cycles
The timing of your Life Cycles is tied to your Life Path. Your first Life Cycle runs from birth to your first Turning Point; which is calculated by subtracting your Life Path from 36 (four times nine). Your Second Life Cycle starts at that point and ends 27 years later (3 times 9) when your last Turning point falls. Your third cycle runs from the end of your second life cycle for the rest of your life.
Each Life Cycle value is calculated based on your date of Birth. Your first life cycle value is your birth month, reduced by fadic addition; your second cycle value by reducing your day of birth; and your third cycle value by reducing your birth year.
For example, actor Johnny Depp was born on June 9th, 1963; so his Life cycles are calculated as follows:

"My Wife is Always Angry at Me!" Here’s the Secret of Your Wife’s Anger (And What to Do About It)
As a marriage counselor in Kansas City, I’ve learned there isn’t much in a married man’s life that bothers him more than when his wife is angry with him. Most men won’t admit it, but at the bottom of that frustration is fear. The fear comes from feeling helpless to make his wife happy again.
What makes matters worse, in many cases, whatever the husband does makes his wife even more angry. That kind of escalating negative spiral into unhappiness leaves a husband feeling alone and like giving up. Married men, take hope. I’m about to tell you the secret behind your wife’s anger and what to do about it.
But, first I need to clarify a myth that destroys more marriage than I can tell you.
The myth is this: you are not the one to make your wife happy. Your wife is. No person’s happiness is another person’s responsibility. Oh, of course, things we do with our spouses are used by them to make themselves happy or unhappy. If you can become aware of some of those things and can avoid them, then it does make it easier for your spouse to make themselves happy. But that’s simply an act of courtesy and consideration (a hallmark of successful marriages). It is not a causal act that magically makes your wife happy. You can help, but ultimately, she’s the only one who can make herself happy. And that goes for you as well, husband.
Now for the secret. With most couples I have worked with where the wife is perpetually angry at the husband (and he is not doing the obvious things that upsets a wife i.e. affairs, drinking too much etc.), at the bottom of it we find a wife drowning in loneliness. Maybe that’s hard to believe because her anger gets the opposite from her husband. However, she wants and needs more emotional intimacy and the husband, for whatever reason, is not providing it.
Some of those reasons include socialization and genetics. Most husbands are not nearly as attuned to emotional realities as their wives. Women in this culture are encouraged to use their intuition and develop their emotional prowess. Men are encouraged to be busy with physical accomplishments and managing literal things. As you can see, this leads to huge misunderstandings in a marriage.
If your wife is angry with you on a regular basis, I will agree with you husband, that does not feel to you like an invitation to intimacy. However, odds are, that’s what she wants. I’m not talking about physical intimacy. I’m talking about emotional intimacy.
Try this magic: the next time your wife’s anger hits you like a snow blizzard blowing out of Montana, take her by the hand, sit down with her, look her in the eyes and tell her you love her. Then, ask her to tell you what is bothering her and guarantee her that no matter what it is or how angry she gets, you’re going to sit there and take it all in. Resolve to listen to whatever your wife has to say to you, no matter what.
Do not get up and go away in your own anger. Do not defend yourself. Do not explain yourself. Do not attack her or rebut her. All you have to do is be present, continue eye contact, and listen.
When she’s finished, simply say this, “Thank you, sweetheart, for telling me what is in the depths of your heart. I relish and appreciate openness and emotional intimacy with you. I’m not very good at it, but I intend to get better. In the meantime, if I were in your shoes, I’d feel the same way you do. You have good reasons to be angry.”
Celebrity Breasts – What Size Are They, and Who’s Had Plastic Surgery?

Celebrities and Breast Size – They’re Not as Naturally Blessed as You Might Think
The obsession over cosmetic perfection and, more recently, breast size, has sparked a rash of Hollywood “upsizing” in the breast department. Who’s natural, what cup size are they, and who’s had breast surgery? The answers may or may not be surprising. In other words, you might be shocked at just how much a push up bra can deceive to the tune of 1,2 and even three cup sizes!
Celebrities – How they Influence What We Want in a Breast Size
What determines the size of a full grown woman’s breasts? Is it primarily environmental or outside influences, or is it all “in the genes”? The final size of a woman’s mature breasts is mostly determined by heredity and can range from very small AA cups to very full EE cups. Breast size varies greatly among women, but the average breast size is a B cup, and all sizes and shapes are normal and healthy, although they may not fit the conventional idea of breast beauty.
For some reason, probably the increasing popularity of breast augmentation surgery and the overwhelming number of female celebrities who are considered sexy who have this breast size, the common perception today is that the perfect size is a C cup. See some famous celebrity breast sizes below, and you’ll see these famous women are as diverse as the rest of us. Although they may all look like they have C cups in the movies or in videos, you’ll see what they’ve really got without the padding, underwire and inserts!
Celebrity Breast Sizes – Does Their Cup Truly Runneth Over?
Jennifer Lopez cup size: Modest B cup
Angelina Jolie boob size: C cup: Hate to break it to you, but these are probably real. Yes, she is genetic perfection in the form of a waif thin body and large breasts, I’m afraid.
Britney Spears breast size: Modest C cup (when she’s not pregnant or is on the slimmer side)
Christina Aguilera: Pre Breast Implants: A cup
Post Breast Implants: Large C cup
Catherine Bell cup size: Large D cup: Not definitive that she has implants, but I suspect she was a fairly busty woman who also had implants, which is why this large breast size looks so natural on her, and yet she doesn’t have a whole lot of sagging for such a large size.
Jessica Simpson bra size: Small D cup: Jessica Simpson is another celebrity that has been puzzled over as to whether she has implants. Some “experts” say yes, and some say she’s natural. I just want to know how she lost all that weight and didn’t lose a bit of breast size. Hmmm…
Jessica Alba bra size: Small B cup: Although Jessica Alba is one of those celebs that has worn many a push up bras and I suspect has also worn gel inserts to change cup size so drastically between films, you can tell she has a natural breast size of about a small B cup. She also has very little body fat, which accounts for her perfectly natural smaller size.
While many of us may not be happy with the appearance of our breasts, it is good to know that they do come in all sizes and shapes, and we can actually improve their appearance – whether it be increasing their size, enhancing the shape and contour of the breast, or adding to the perkiness, firmness and perfect beauty of the female form, if we are not happy with our current breast size and appearance. There are lots of ways to do this. Massage, exercise, supplementation and just an all around good diet are a few of the ways.
It’s just good to know that some of the most beautiful celebrities in the world have either had a lot of help from a plastic surgeon in the breast department, or they are not as large as they are made to look on screen. It goes to show that the most important thing is that you are happy with yourself, and feeling beautiful has much more to do with confidence and other areas other than your breasts.
